Here is a delicious drink for a healthy start of the day. Smoothies are best to serve the guests as soon as they arrive home tired and this is one of the favourites.
Ingredients:
5-6 medium Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Cold milk
3-4 tsp Sugar (Or as required)
